Silky Cami: A Summer to Fall Essential

DSC_0888When it comes to finding good pieces that can carry you into fall, but still withstand the uncertain weather (or if you’re like me, the unbearable heat of Miami), it can definitely be a bit difficult!! But there’s definitely one piece that is without a doubt a great one to have in your Summer to Fall wardrobe…the silky cami!   This particular one from Free People was a must for me! I really like the vanilla color in this post, but I couldn’t help to get it in a mossy green color as well! One thing I love about this cami is that it comes with a convenient lacy bandeau!! It totally does the job of styling the piece for you!

Silky camis are so sexy, yet versatile. I wore mine here with distressed AG skinny jeans and suede block heels this past weekend for a casual dinner out!  But this piece is definitely one of those that can be restyled over and over again. Some ideas I’m already thinking of are with a denim skirt, shorts, layered with a white fitted tee, simply topped off with a bomber or leather jacket! The options are endless for the upcoming changing weather!

    It really is a great transitional piece that can be layered. I use them all the time under work blazers
