I shared my workout routine through IG stories the other day and got such good feedback. I figured because you guys loved it so much and had so many questions about motivation, the program, eating plans etc, that I’d start incorporating it a little more into the blog. So today we’re talking music.
For me, the key to having a killer workout, is having a killer playlist! If I don’t have music… I’m not working out lol! It sets the tone for how hard I’m gonna work. So here are a few songs I have listed in my playlist that get my heart racing and my body going to give it 100%.
