My At Home Workout Round Up

Working out is a huge part of my life! From time to time I would share some details about my workout schedule with you, but quarantine gave me the time and that extra push to completely share exactly what I do. Before quarantine I’d spend a good chunk of time everyday at the gym, but filming at the gym was intimidating. Not to mention, it was also my “me time” and social hour all wrapped up in one, so I was a bit busy haha. But the gym is really where my love for working out and exercising came to be! I loved the feeling of walking in and knowing I was going to challenge myself that day, feel stronger walking out, and doing something amazing for my body, health, and mind.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I’m REALLLLLY missing the gym, but since being stuck at home I’ve had to get creative to keep myself physically challenged…. Which led me to creating my IGTV workout videos. It seriously makes me so happy to share my workouts and hear how much you guys are loving them! I hope they inspire you to be healthy and challenge you to be your best self. I figured I’d do a round up for you here on the blog… stay tuned for more blog posts this week where I share all the details on my equipment, my outfits, and motivation.
