Last week I got to attend the unveiling of the LOVE sculpture by the late Robert Indiana at Aventura Mall. The LOVE sculpture is the newest addition to the world-class Arts Aventura Mall collection. What a perfect time to celebrate the piece with Valentine’s Day right around the corner.
So with the unveiling of this art piece and with all the feels from this romantic holiday swirling in the air, it got me thinking about LOVE. How crazy is it to think that there’s a single word that’s so simple yet so incredibly powerful and recognizable throughout the world.
I’m one of those people that loves, love! I might be single, but it doesn’t mean I don’t have incredibly powerful love in my life. If anything I believe I have the most powerful and purest form of love in my life…The love from my family and friends.
Like the LOVE sculpture, I believe Valentine’s Day is a reminder to celebrate the most meaningful and recognizable form of emotion and vulnerability… To celebrate the true essence of it and to spread it with those that make your life all the more special. Whether that be a boyfriend or girlfriend, family, friends, or pets… It’s the perfect day to embrace love and to remind your peeps how much you adore them.
