Happy Friday guys!
As some of you may or may not know, I have a love affair with Los Angeles! I’ve done it all, I’ve lived there, I visit a bunch, I’ve been there for business… you name it. But I always leave with the same thought: There’s just something SO special about the city of dreams! With all the time I’ve spent there, I’ve discovered some pretty cool spots. So today I’ve sharing my favorite picture spots (that are totally instagramable) in LA!
P.S. I’m planning on doing a post like this for Miami, along with best things to do, shopping, restaurants, etc…. so stay tuned!
Best Picture Spots In LA:
1. Point Dume: Point Dume is my absolutely favorite spot in LA….or I should say Malibu. Not only is it the perfect beach to get that California golden tan, body surf some major waves, and catch the most beautiful sunsets, but it’s also a perfect spot for some killer photos.
2. Melrose: Melrose is full of instagramable spots. Here is where you can find the famous pink wall, the angel wings mural, cafes such as Alfred Coffee, and the most photogenic streets.
3. El Matador Beach: My friend introduced me to El Matador beach just a few weeks ago when I went to visit and I fell in love immediately! It’s a perfect spot for a Malibu beach photoshoot, but be prepared… you definitely won’t be the only one taking photos. This beach is known for it’s photoshoot sessions
4. Lake Hollywood Park: Another location I discovered while living in LA! This park was actually right behind my apartment so it was super convenient. What I love about this park is the perfect, up-close and personal view you have of the Hollywood sign!
5. Beverly Hills Hotel: Whether it’s for memories or for IG, this spot is a must! Don’t be afraid to venture into the hotel grounds. They have the cutest courtyard that is snapshot ready! It’s right before you get to the pool and cafe area!
6. Malibu Farm: If you’re down in Malibu, you obviously have to hit up Malibu Farm Pier. Not only because the food is absolutely delicious, but because it’s totally deserving of a food pic! Venture down underneath the pier for some really cool shots.
7. Griffith Observatory: As seen on La La Land, this is another spot to get a great picture of the Hollywood sign! Go at sunset to capture the most breathtaking memories!
8. Famous California Palm Trees: Honestly these palms are everywhere, so it’s all about finding the perfect angle… but I usually go down a neighborhood in Beverly Hills for the perfect shot!
