Urth Caffé

Picture

Urth Caffé is my ABSOLUTE favorite café on this entire planet! I cannot explain how incredible this café is, its just a place you need to try for yourself! My family and I fell in deep love with Urth Caffé about 2 years ago and that love has not faded one bit!

For breakfast I definetly recommend the almond croissant and the Spanish Latte!
Anyone who knows me, knows I’m seriously addicted to coffee… particularly Cuban coffee.  But let me tell you, this Spanish Latte is just incredible, awesome, amazing, and wonderful (and thats putting it lightly). It’s magic in a cup! And seriously, who can resist these adorable little designs!

Toast Bakery Café

Another awesome place for breakfast in LA is Toast Bakery Café. Toast is the perfect combination of trendy Los Angeles and laid back hangout spot for family and friends. The food is delicious, the decor is adorable, and it is right smack in the middle of Beverly Hills!

Zinc Café and Market

Zinc Café and Market in Laguna Beach is simply adorable. We needed a quick little breakfast snack before we went surfing for hours, and Zinc was perfect! It’s where all the locals go and I can definitely see why!

Nick’s

Another great place in Laguna Beach is Nick’s. We went for lunch one day and we all loved it! Everyone’s food… the veggie burger, the blackened fish sandwich, the special Mac n Cheese… were all incredible as well as the service. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a picture of our food, but I was able to get a picture of this very yummy dessert!  Warm butter cake with raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream.. simply delicious!!!!

230 Forest AvEnue

230 Forest Avenue was probably one of the best restaurant we went to. It was actually recommended to us by a local we had met about 20 minutes before this picture was taken. The atmosphere was very modern, chic, and artsy.  The food, from the bread to dessert was as delicious as it was pretty.  I felt like it definitely represented what Laguna Beach is all about.

Below is the macadamia nut crusted halibut with mash potatoes.

The Cottage

One night in La Jolla, San Diego we were finally able to go to The Cottage. A few years ago we actually tried to eat here, but it was packed.  Unfortunately we were never able to try it until now!  I can definitely see why this little cottage is so popular!  Every dish that was brought out was simply amazing! Everything was so delicious and our waitress was super cool as well!  If you ever make your way to La Jolla in San Diego, you need to try this place!
