A Modern Twist to a Classic Menswear Print

October 10th…YAY!!! It’s the day I’ve been waiting for all week! 😉 So I found out the other day, from my favorite astrologer and incredible friend, @valeriemesa, that Jupiter enters Scorpio today!! “What the heck does that mean??”… I know, I thought the same thing! Well according to the cosmic queen herself,  starting today Scorpios will have 13 months of good luck!!! (my lucky number…coincidence…I think not). This year is supposed to bring us Scorpions not only good luck but expansion, travel, and accomplishments. I don’t know how accurate Horoscopes are, but not going to lie, Val is always spot on and 13 months of good luck is definitely something I’m totally on board with!

But it looks like my good luck started a little early this week, specifically when I found this statement tie miniskirt! Every fashion girl has been spotted wearing this classic menswear print during fashion month…especially on the “It” item for fall, blazers. So when I found this Who What Wear skirt, I not only felt like it took the print to a whole other level of cool and fashion-forward but it also kept my outfit modern and fresh! Best part is, it’s totally affordable!!

Don’t think this print is only for the office, you can wear this to date night, to an upcoming concert, and cocktails with your girl gang! To keep that cool-girl vibe, I styled it with a knotted plain white tee, sock booties, my Gucci bag and layered gold/silver jewelry! Try other cool styling options by pairing this skirt with a vintage concert tee or crop top and the latest red or white boots. I’ve linked a few different pieces with this print, along with my whole outfit in the widget above for you to shop! 😀

Yes girl! This is such a good look. I love that it is a pretty classic print with a more modern shape/style. So good!
