8 Things I Never Travel Without

I’m headed to Vegas baby and I couldn’t be more freaking excited! If you’ve been following along then you know I’m going to Sin City for one reason and one reason only… to see my all time favorite band…Aerosmith!!!!! *cue the sobs*

These last few days I’ve been running errands and getting everything ready for when I begin packing. But I thought I’d give you an insight on some of the things I never travel without so that I can sit back, cradle my free drink in that little plastic cup, and enjoy the ride!

• Killer Playlist: Before I leave, I always make sure to download a killer playlist that has some sort of connection to the destination I’m headed to… For example when I went to Greece you better believe I had the whole Mamma Mia album downloaded and ready to go. For Rome… non-other than The Lizze McGuire Movie soundtrack 😉 For Vegas, well that should go without saying… Everything Aerosmith no exceptions!

• Movies: Nowadays you can bet that you’ll have a TV on your flight… but let’s be honest some of these aircrafts can be a bit unpredictable. There is nothing more boring than sitting in a seat that has no TV or even worse… the TV doesn’t work. Be proactive and download some awesome classics that you know you can’t say no to watching… My picks: Father Of The Bride, Rocky, Parent Trap…
• Headphones: It’s a good idea to pack some non-wireless headphones for your travels. I mean I can’t be the only one who forgets to charge their wireless ones.
• Face mist: I love to always pack some sort of face mist in my purse. I feel like my skin gets so dry on the plane. My favorite lately has been Glossier’s Soothing Rosewater Spray. It’s so refreshing!
• Travel Jewelry Case: I love taking a jewelry travel case. I never pack my nice jewelry in my luggage, cause God forbid it gets lost. So I always keep this little cube in my purse or carry on. It’s simply perfect… small enough that you can fit it in any little corner but also sturdy enough that you know your dainties will arrive in one piece.
• Portable charger: My phone has been running out of battery so fast lately, so I know a portable charger is going to be a huge must for me on this trip. Not only will it come in handy for the flight over there, but this little thing will most likely be a lifesaver during the concert!
• Makeup Remover Wipes: Keep these handy! Let’s be honest, I can spray as much of that face mist as I want during my flight… but I will never get off that plane looking fresh faced lol! But I definitely can help myself with a few face wipes, am I right?!
• One outfit in my carry on: This is huge for me! I always pack my favorite outfit (day and night) into my carry on, just in case my luggage doesn’t arrive. This has saved me a few times… one being when I arrived to Paris last summer and my bags decided they wanted to stay in Miami for awhile! For this trip, I’ll definitely have my concert outfit and a daytime look packed and by my side at all times!
